Aug 16, 2009 - Thanks! Yes, it's a heat tool specifically for embossing. The one I use is the Marvy Uchida heat gun. I wouldn't recommend using a hair dryer because it won't get hot enough and the air is too strong and will blow away all the powder. Instead, if you don't have a heat tool, just hold your card stock above a toaster (like for making toasted bread) when the lever is pushed down. The rising heat will melt the embossing powder.Hope that helps! :)
