Nov 20, 2009 - From what information I can gather, Lucas just didn't like the guy being in the scene, but the shooting schedule was so tight that there was no time to reshoot it. He asked his special effects guys if they could remove him, and they did.I unfortunately can't find which episode it ws from, so I can't tell you the actual point of the scene, or why Lucas wanted him out. My guess is that the guy was too distracting. He looked to be an extra, trying to hog the spotlight.
